Refund policy

Returns and exchanges:

We gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and original condition items for store credit within 14 days of purchase. All items must be returned with original tags attached.

Exceptions:

Art Prints: We do not accept returns or exchanges on art prints, framed or unframed.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are not returnable.

Sale Items: Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return process:

Initiate Return: Before returning an item, please contact us at contact@fiersdetoi.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and reason for return.

Return Instructions: Upon approval, we'll provide instructions for returning your item(s) via email.

Shipping: You are responsible for covering return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service in order for you to avoid any potential shipping problems.

Processing: Upon receiving your return, we'll inspect the item(s) and notify you via email within 3 business days of approval. If approved you will be provided with your refund.

Additional notes:

We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges.

Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable. In the rare case of a damaged item being returned, the original shipping cost may be refunded.

Changes to this policy are subject to update without notice.
