Processing Time:

Please allow us about 2 business days for us to process your order before it's dispatched.

Tracking Information:

Once your order is handed over to our shipping carriers, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your package.

Delivery Methods:

We offer two main shipping methods, depending on your location:

•  Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5 to 7 business days.
•  Express Shipping: Typically takes 1 to 3 business days.

Please note: Express Shipping is not available for all countries. If your location is one of the exceptions, only Standard Shipping will be offered.

Separate Shipments for Certain Items: 

Due to specific packaging requirements, some items, such as accessories and art posters, may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

If your package is lost or stolen and not marked "delivered" by the carrier, we'll either send replacements (if available) or issue a refund or full store credit.

 If marked "delivered" but lost or stolen, please contact us with your order number for further assistance.

Order Changes:

Unfortunately, once your order is confirmed, we cannot make changes to it.
